DINERO is a private Web3 community founded in 2022. This website is the community's member platform: raffles, engagement rewards, quizzes, auctions, a points market, a merch store, and a monthly membership. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
You sign in with Discord. Most features are reserved for members of the DINERO Discord server, and access can be granted or removed at the community's discretion. You are responsible for your Discord and X accounts and for the wallet addresses you save. One account per person; duplicate or bot accounts can be removed along with their points and entries.
Points are a community scoreboard, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a token, security, or financial product. We may award, adjust, or remove points at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse. Points can be spent inside the platform (raffle entries, auctions, market items, and some merch), and spent points are not refunded except where these terms say so.
Raffles award whitelist spots, collaboration allocations, or other prizes from partner projects. Entry may require completing tasks (follows, reposts, Discord roles) which we verify where possible. Winners are drawn from valid entries; the team may reroll a winner before announcement, disqualify entries that broke the rules, or cancel a raffle if a partner project changes its plans. Prizes fulfilled by third-party projects are delivered by those projects; we pass your submitted wallet to them but cannot guarantee their performance.
The monthly subscription costs the displayed price in USDC or USDT on Solana, is limited to a fixed number of slots, and is available during the stated window each month. Payments are verified onchain from the transaction signature you submit. Month roles are badges: once granted they are not removed, but they do not renew automatically. Crypto payments are final; if you paid but did not receive your slot or role, contact us and we will make it right or refund the payment.
Merch is sold for the displayed USD price, paid in USDC or USDT on Solana (or points where offered). Payments are verified onchain and each transaction signature can be used once. We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it is correct, as re-shipments caused by wrong addresses may be at your cost. If an order is cancelled by us, point payments are refunded automatically and crypto payments are refunded by the team. Damaged or lost orders: contact us within 14 days of the tracking showing delivery (or 45 days of shipment if never delivered) and we will replace or refund.
Auction bids escrow your points; outbid points are returned instantly. The highest bid when an auction ends wins and those points are spent. Market purchases are final once delivered. Prizes and perks are fulfilled by the team manually and may take a few days.
Nothing on this site or in the community is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Alpha calls, mint calendars, and any project mentions are information and opinion only. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Always do your own research; you alone are responsible for your onchain activity.
No spam, scams, impersonation, exploitation of bugs, task-faking, multi-accounting, or harassment. We never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet approvals. Breaking these rules can cost you points, prizes, and access, without compensation.
The platform is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors, third-party services (Discord, X, Solana, Google), or anything outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the community. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them. Questions: dinerocommunity@gmail.com.
