Last updated: July 5, 2026. What we collect, why, and what we never do.
When you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, and avatar. If you connect X: your X handle. What you add yourself: wallet addresses (up to three per chain), an email address, and shipping details when you order merch. What the platform generates: points history, raffle entries and wins, engagement actions, quiz answers, purchases and orders, notification records, and push subscription tokens if you enable alerts. In the Discord server, the community bot counts messages per member per day and minutes spent in voice channels to power activity rankings; it does not store the content of your messages.
Running the platform: verifying raffle tasks, drawing winners, delivering whitelist spots to partner projects, granting Discord roles, processing merch orders, sending the notifications and emails you signed up for, and keeping leaderboards and stats. Payment verification reads public Solana blockchain data for the transaction signatures you submit. We do not sell your data, run ads, or use third-party analytics trackers.
Community life is semi-public inside DINERO: your username, points, wins, and activity rankings appear on leaderboards, winner announcements, and Discord posts. When you win a raffle, your Discord name, Discord ID, X handle, and the wallet you entered with are shared in a winners sheet with the team and, where needed, the partner project fulfilling the prize. Shipping details for merch are visible only to the team for fulfilment.
Data is stored in our database hosted on Railway. Emails are sent through Resend. Winner sheets are created in Google Sheets. Task verification uses X data via an API provider. Payments are read from the public Solana blockchain. Each of these providers processes only what is needed for its job.
One encrypted session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
You can edit or remove your wallets and email on your profile, disconnect X, disable push alerts from your device settings, and disconnect Discord (which signs you out). To delete your account and its data, email us; we will remove your records except where a legal or accounting reason requires keeping them (for example, merch order records). Winner records already shared with partner projects cannot be recalled.
We keep data while your account exists and as long as needed for the purposes above. Access to the database and admin tools is limited to the team. No system is perfectly secure; we never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and you should treat any such request as a scam.
The community is for adults (18+). We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the community. Questions or requests: dinerocommunity@gmail.com.
